Sometimes it seems that the more options we give a donor, the better. But, what could be a quick answer quickly becomes complicated.

With each new question a donor is more and more likely to abandon the process either because they get annoyed or simply distracted. They intend to “come back later”—but later never comes.

We understand the desire to have as much info as possible about your donors but a good balance will yield lower abandon rates and more donations for you.

“One Time” or “Monthly” will do the trick and keep your donor engaged.
