How can I unsubscribe the donor from receipt emails for his recurring donation?

By default, our platform sends notification emails to donors after each donation, including a tax receipt they can provide to the tax authorities. Currently, it is not possible to disable receipt emails on an individual level. The only option available is to turn off all email notifications for the entire campaign.

However, if a donor requests to stop receiving receipt emails, there is a way to do it. You can create a clone of the existing campaign that the recurring donation is associated with and turn off all email notifications for the new campaign. Then, you can switch the recurring plan of the donor in question to the new campaign by editing it on our dashboard.
