New profile controls in Donor Portal

The Donor Portal now includes a dedicated Profile section where supporters can manage their personal information. Previously, phone numbers and mailing addresses were only editable within recurring plan settings, while name and email were in a separate Settings area.

Supporters can now update:

• Profile photo
• Title
• First and last name
• Decade of birth
• Occupation
• Phone number and mailing address

• Clicking the supporter's name in the sidebar goes directly to the Profile page (previously opened a menu).
• Logout button moved to the Profile page.
• Language selection is now shown as a separate option in the sidebar.

When supporters access the Donor Portal with an incomplete profile, a progress indicator appears in the sidebar. Clicking it opens Profile in edit mode. The indicator disappears at 100% completion.
