Sync data to custom objects in Bloomerang and DonorPerfect

The Bloomerang and DonorPerfect integrations can now sync Fundraise Up data to custom objects, which are record types that the standard sync doesn’t write to. The objects you can sync to depend on the CRM:

  • Bloomerang: Interactions and Tasks.
  • DonorPerfect: Contact and Other Info records.

Each donation or recurring plan creates or updates a record in the object you map. For example, you can record an Interaction in Bloomerang for every donation, or keep Gift Aid declarations in a DonorPerfect Other Info record.

You map these objects on a new Custom objects tab in your integration settings. Your mapping rules and special rules are unchanged.
