Sync data to custom objects in HubSpot and Virtuous

The HubSpot and Virtuous integrations can now sync Fundraise Up data to custom objects, which are record types that your organization creates in its CRM for data the standard sync doesn’t write to. The objects you can sync to depend on the CRM:

  • HubSpot: Custom objects in your HubSpot account. Custom objects require a HubSpot Enterprise plan.
  • Virtuous: Custom collections for Contacts and Individuals. Each entry is stored on the supporter’s Contact or Individual record.

Each donation or recurring plan creates or updates a record in the object you map. A custom object can sync donations or recurring plans, but it can’t sync both.

You can map these objects on a new Custom objects tab in your integration settings. Your existing mapping rules are unchanged.
