Sync multi-designation donations as one record in Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits

You can now sync multi-designation donations to Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits as a single Gift Transaction, instead of a separate record for each designation.

A new checkbox, Merge donations with multiple designations, is available in Settings > Integrations > Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits > General settings.

When checked:

• One-time donations that share a Grouped Donation ID sync as a single Gift Transaction, with each designation as its own line on that record.
• The Grouped Donation ID serves as the Fundraise Up ID on the merged Gift Transaction.
• The donation sync history shows one entry per payment, with all sync attempts combined.

This setting is off by default. Donations always display as separate records in the Dashboard, regardless of this setting.
