Donor Portal promotion in supporter emails

Supporter emails now include a promotional block that encourages login to the Donor Portal. This update makes supporters more aware of the portal and its features, which creates more engagement opportunities.

The promotional block appears at the bottom of key supporter emails and highlights the value of portal access — where supporters can view their donation history, manage recurring donations, and update their information.
