Faster, more reliable Salesforce sync

We’ve upgraded how our integration syncs donation and recurring plan data to Salesforce. Data still moves in real time, but syncs now complete faster and with greater stability.

This results in fewer errors, quicker processing, and less load during high-volume periods.

Salesforce is the second CRM to receive this improved sync, following Salesforce NPSP. We’ll continue rolling out the same approach to other CRM integrations.

No action is required — the improvements are already active.
