More detailed emails with integration sync reports

If you have integration sync reports enabled, you'll now get more detailed information in these emails. Here's what's new:

  • Specific error messages when donations fail to sync, so you know whether to retry the sync in your Dashboard or fix something in your CRM.
  • Details about CRM API rate limit issues that slow down sync, including when limits were hit and when normal speed resumed.
  • Reports organized by CRM system instead of sync status, making it easier to spot which integration needs attention.

Previously, these reports were only sent weekly. Now you can choose daily or weekly delivery. Each team member may have their own frequency — for example, your finance staff might want daily reports while your operations team prefers weekly summaries.

Check if you have these emails enabled in Settings > Notifications under Summary reports — you can also switch to daily delivery there.
