New deduplication options in CRMs
Organizations using DonorPerfect, HubSpot, Neon CRM, or Virtuous CRM now have a setting to choose how Fundraise Up looks for existing supporters before creating a new one.
You can select one of four deduplication options:
- By email
- By email or name (default)
- By email or address
- By email or phone
Find the new dropdown in General settings for your integration in Fundraise Up’s Dashboard.
The new rules will apply only to supporters synced after release. We will not update historical records in your CRM.
