One-time donations can now be set to repeat annually (UK)

Supporters in the UK can now choose to make a one-time donation recur annually. The annual option appears below the amount selection as a checkbox labelled Repeat this donation annually. When selected, the donation button changes from Donate to Donate annually to clearly indicate the commitment.

This additional frequency helps convert more one-time donations into ongoing annual support from the start of the donation flow.

The annual option is available only on Campaign Pages and is not supported in the Checkout Modal. It is shown only when this frequency is enabled in Settings > Recurring plans, and when the campaign offers both One-time and Monthly donation options.
