Reassign donations and recurring plans to different Fundraisers

You can now change which Fundraiser a donation or recurring plan belongs to directly from the Dashboard. This fixes situations where donations were made to the wrong Fundraiser or weren't connected to one at all.

• Each donation and recurring plan now shows its Fundraiser on its details page.
• You can now edit this field to assign, change, or remove a Fundraiser for any donation.
• When editing a recurring plan's Fundraiser, all future installments automatically use the new assignment.
• Check Update previous installments to retroactively apply the change to past installments as well.

1. Go to Donations or Recurring tab in the Dashboard and open the record you want to update.
2. Click Edit in the Donation or Recurring Plan section.
3. In the Fundraiser field, select the Fundraiser you want to assign (or remove the current one).
4. Click Save changes.

Supporters sometimes make donations to the wrong Fundraiser — whether they clicked the wrong link, scanned an incorrect QR code, or selected the wrong option from a Top Fundraisers element. Others donate directly to a campaign when they meant to support a specific Fundraiser.

Previously, there was no way to correct these mistakes. Now you can move donations where they belong so your supporters' fundraising efforts get proper credit.
