Reuse images without re-uploading
Anywhere in the Dashboard where you upload an image, you now see a Recent images section showing your organization's most recently used images. Select one with a single click instead of uploading from your computer again.
How it works
The Recent images section appears in all image upload windows across the Dashboard — in Campaign and Element settings, and throughout organization-wide settings such as Receipts, Emails, and Donor Portal.
Images in this section are sorted by most recent use. As you scroll, more images load automatically. The section filters images to show only those that meet the resolution requirements for the current upload context.
When you select an image from Recent images, it opens in the crop editor just like a newly uploaded file.
Organization-level sharing
Recent images is shared across your entire organization. Any image uploaded by one team member is immediately available to all other users. This means you no longer need to email files to colleagues or search through old campaigns to find a previously used asset.
Uploading a new file
If the image you need isn't in the Recent images block, upload it from your computer as usual. It will be added to Recent images automatically and become available to the rest of your team.
