Salesforce NPSP: new Account matching rule

We’ve added a new option for matching Accounts with custom name templates in Salesforce NPSP. You can now match a supporter’s postal code from the donation in Fundraise Up to the Account’s billing postal code in Salesforce.

To set this mapping rule:

1. Go to Setting > Integrations.
2. Click on Salesforce NPSP.
3. Go to Mapping rules tab.
4. Scroll down and click Add rule.
5. Select “donation” and “supporter address postal” in the fields on the left.
6. Select “account” and “billing zip/postal code” in the fields on the right.
7. Save changes.
