Fundraise Up app: See donations awaiting supporter details

Donations made in person through Tap to Donate without supporter details now appear in the Fundraise Up app, in a separate block at the top of the Donations tab. Before, these donations were not visible in the app, so your team had no way to see or act on them.

The block gathers every donation awaiting supporter details, with a count and their combined amount, kept separate from your daily totals. Each one shows its amount, the time it was made, and the campaign, but no name yet.

There are two ways to add the missing details:

• The supporter adds their own. Open the donation and tap Show receipt. The app shows a QR code that opens the supporter's Donor Portal, where they add their details and download their receipt.
• You add them. Open the donation, tap Edit personal information, and enter the supporter's name, email, and phone.

A donation moves in with the rest of that day's donations once its details are added — by you or by the supporter. If no one adds them within 4 hours, the donation moves in the same way but is recorded anonymously, without a name or contact information.
