Supporter contact details now update automatically
Previously, mailing address, phone number, and employer were locked to the values provided during a supporter’s first donation — even if newer data was submitted later. This often led to outdated information in the Dashboard, API, and Virtual Terminal.
Now, these fields are automatically updated based on the most recent donation or recurring plan. The latest values are shown in the supporter profile and used when creating new records.
The change applies to updates made after June 2, 2025. Older data remains unchanged.
