Supporter feedback now collected across the platform

We’ve added feedback forms to key areas where supporters interact with Fundraise Up. The Donor Portal, Upgrade Links, and supporter emails now include “Report a problem” options that open a feedback form.

When supporters submit feedback, you’ll receive it by email if it relates to your organization or campaigns. This helps you better understand supporter experiences and address any issues they encounter.

The system filters out spam and general platform feedback, so you only receive messages that are specific to your supporters and donation experience. No setup is required on your end.
