Pledges now sync to Bloomerang and DonorPerfect

You can now track the pledges you collect through Fundraise Up in Bloomerang and DonorPerfect. Both CRMs have a pledge record of their own, so a pledge is recorded as a pledge rather than as a recurring donation.

The pledge record holds the total amount the supporter committed and the payment frequency, and each installment is linked to it as a pledge payment applied against that total.

In Bloomerang, a pledge also carries the full schedule of installments. Bloomerang pledges cannot be edited, so any change writes off the pledge and creates a new one. Payments already collected stay on the written-off pledge.

In DonorPerfect, pledges sync whether or not the Make pledges for recurring plans setting is enabled, and changes to a pledge update the same record. When you cancel a pledge, DonorPerfect writes off the unpaid remainder and leaves the committed total in place.
