Pledges now sync to Salesforce

You can now track the pledges you collect through Fundraise Up in Salesforce. Pledge sync is available for two integrations: the standard Salesforce integration and the Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits integration.

A pledge syncs as a commitment record, separate from the payments made against it. The record holds the total amount the supporter pledged and the date the pledge ends. Each installment then syncs as an individual donation linked to that record, the same way recurring donations sync.

In the standard Salesforce integration, a pledge syncs to the Recurring Plans object, marked as a pledge. In the Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits integration, it syncs as a Gift Commitment.
