Import external donations from Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits

You can now import external donations from Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits (formerly Nonprofit Cloud) into Fundraise Up. The integration previously supported export only — Fundraise Up sent donation data to Salesforce. Now it also pulls donations recorded in Salesforce — like those collected at in-person events — into Fundraise Up, where they appear on each supporter’s record in the Dashboard and in their Donor Portal.

The integration imports donations from Gift Transaction records. It requires the Gift Commitment object to be installed in your Salesforce instance.

After the initial sync, Fundraise Up checks for new external donations every 10 minutes.
