Choose a country and currency for each subaccount

You can now choose a country and currency for each subaccount. Previously, every subaccount used US dollars, and you had to contact support to change it.

The country determines which payment methods the subaccount can offer. The currency has to match the Stripe account you connect to that subaccount, or the connection fails.

You can change both until the subaccount receives its first donation or recurring plan. You cannot change them after that.
