Ramadan giving calculators for Muslim organizations

Muslim organizations can now add two calculators for Ramadan giving to their website. The Zakat al-Fitr Calculator works out what a supporter owes for their household before Eid al-Fitr, and the Fidyah & Kaffarah Calculator covers missed and broken fasts. Both apply a rate you set and open checkout with the total filled in.

Zakat al-Fitr is paid once a year, before the Eid al-Fitr prayer, for every member of a household. Supporters enter how many family members and guests they are paying for, and the calculator multiplies that by the per-person rate you set.

Fidyah covers fasts someone missed and cannot keep later. Kaffarah covers a fast broken on purpose. Supporters pick one, enter the number of missed fasting days, and the calculator applies the matching formula to the daily rate you set. Kaffarah multiplies that rate by 60, one for each person fed.
