Simpler way to create exports

We've redesigned how you create exports to make the process more straightforward. You can now choose between creating a one-time file or saving a template for reuse — both from the same starting point.

Click New export file in the Exports tab to create a one-time file — perfect when you need data once. When you're done configuring it, click Download file to generate it immediately, or click Save as template to save your settings for reuse.

Alternatively, go to the Templates tab and click New template to create a reusable configuration from the start. Templates let you set up schedules (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) and send files to email or SFTP destinations automatically. After you've created at least one template, clicking New export will show you an option to use existing templates.
