AI assistants can now offer supporters your campaign designations

AI assistants can now tell supporters which designations your campaign offers, so they can direct a donation to a specific fund or program. When a supporter picks one in the conversation, your Campaign Page or Checkout Modal opens with that designation selected, along with any amount and frequency the supporter named.

Assistants offer the designations you set up in your campaign for one-time donations, up to 5, with your default designation first. If the campaign has a single designation, the assistant names it and doesn’t ask. If you hide the designation from supporters, the assistant doesn’t mention it.
