Elements now support Gift Catalog campaigns

Goal Meter, Stat Counter, Donor Map, and Recent Donations now support Gift Catalog campaigns. Organizations can connect a Gift Catalog campaign to any of these Elements to show Gift Cart donation activity alongside other campaigns.

Gift Cart donations count toward totals in Goal Meter and Stat Counter, appear in the Recent Donations list, and add supporter pins to Donor Map.

Recent Donations has one limitation: if you enable the donate button, the Open campaign field doesn't accept Gift Catalog campaigns.

Gift Catalog campaigns now also appear in the Campaign filter on the Elements page.
