New invitation email for Tap to Donate Specialists

When you invite a Tap to Donate Specialist, Fundraise Up now sends a dedicated email, Get started with Tap to Donate, instead of the standard team invitation. It names the person who invited them, your organization, and the role, and tells them to expect their password in a second email.

After the specialist clicks Accept invite and signs in, a page opens with an Open the app button. The button opens the Fundraise Up app if it is already installed on that device, and otherwise takes the specialist to the App Store or Google Play. Previously the link led to the Dashboard, where this role has access only to personal profile settings.

The second email, Welcome to Fundraise Up, is unchanged. Specialists still log in to the app with the email and password it contains.
