Prompt supporters to give monthly in Gift Cart

In Gift Cart, you can now offer supporters a second chance to give monthly. A supporter who added a gift to the cart as a one-time donation sees an offer there to switch it to monthly.

The gift stays one-time until the supporter accepts. They can undo it before checkout.

AI picks one gift in the cart for the offer, from the gifts that offer the monthly frequency. That gift moves to the top of the cart. A cart with no such gift shows no offer.

The offer is on by default in every Gift Catalog. To switch it off for a catalog, clear Recurring upsell in the cart in Settings > General.
