Renewal reminders for supporters in California

You can now send supporters in California an email 30 days before their annual recurring donation renews. The email states the date and amount of the upcoming donation and links to their plan in Donor Portal, so supporters have time to update their payment details or change the plan before the renewal.

Supporters receive the email if they have an annual recurring plan and either their mailing address is in California or they were in California when they started the plan.

The email is off by default. You can turn it on and edit its subject and text like any other supporter email.
