Gift Cart details on Donation and Recurring plan pages

Donation and recurring plan records created through a Gift Cart now show the selected item alongside the campaign and designation. The item is also editable: you can switch to another in the same Gift Cart; the designation stays as it was, and the receipt is not reissued.

For recurring plans, an edit to a single installment applies only to that installment, and an edit to the recurring plan applies to all future installments. To apply the change to past installments too, select Update previous installments.
