Reach supporters through AI assistants with Agentic Giving

You can now turn on Agentic Giving, which lets AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude read your live campaigns and recommend them to supporters looking for a cause.

Agentic Giving works from a public profile that Fundraise Up generates for you. It describes your organization and up to 25 of your live campaigns in enough detail for an assistant to recommend one. It does not include supporter records, fundraising results, or anything else from your account.

When an assistant recommends a campaign, it gives the supporter a link to it. The link opens your Campaign Page or Checkout Modal, where the supporter donates as usual. If the supporter discussed an amount or a frequency with the assistant, the link carries those values and the fields open already filled in.

Setup takes two steps. Copy the line of HTML from Settings > Agentic Giving, put it on your homepage so assistants can find your profile, then turn agentic giving on from the same page.
