You can now map recurring plan statuses from Fundraise Up to Salesforce NPSP
We’ve added a new setting in the Salesforce NPSP integration that lets you map recurring plan statuses from Fundraise Up. It works just like the Opportunity stages mapper.
By default, statuses like Active, Scheduled, Retrying, Completed, Failed, and Canceled are pre-mapped for you, but you can adjust them anytime in the Recurring statuses section under Settings > Integrations > Salesforce NPSP > General settings.
Better Meta conversion tracking
We've improved our Meta Conversions API integration, and you no longer need to install Meta Pixel to use it.
Fundraise Up now sends key events like started checkouts and completed donations directly to Meta from our system, capturing supporter actions more reliably — even when Meta Pixel is blocked by a browser. This provides more accurate conversion data from both the Checkout Modal and Campaign Pages.
This update works automatically. If you've already added your Meta Pixel ID and access token, event tracking is already active — no action is required from your side.
If you want to start tracking events, learn how in the Meta Conversions API documentation.
Clearer rules for showing and hiding elements by URL
If you’re using Popups, Message Bars, Reminders, Social Proof, Sticky Buttons, or Floating Buttons, you now have clearer guidance — right in the Dashboard — for setting URL-based visibility rules. Wildcards (asterisks) let you match full sections, subdomains, or even partial paths — so you don’t need to list every page manually.
See how URL rules work — with matching examples and tips.
Quantcast now supported in GTM for Campaign Pages
You can now use Quantcast to run ads and measure performance through Google Tag Manager on Campaign Pages. It joins the list of tools we allow for analytics and ad tracking.

Donor Portal redesigned
We’ve completely redesigned the Donor Portal — visually and structurally — while keeping all functionality the same. The update makes it easier for supporters to manage their donations, find receipts, and resolve issues on their own.
What’s new:
- Sidebar navigation on desktop, collapsible menu on mobile.
- Cleaner homepage with customizable main image and expandable text.
- Faster access to donation history and receipts.
- Simpler recurring plans controls (edit, retry, resume).
- Clearer error messages and recovery buttons for failed payments.
- Improved layout and grouping of related actions.
Everything your supporters could do before, they can still do — just faster and more easily, thanks to a clearer and more intuitive layout.

Supporter contact details now update automatically
Previously, mailing address, phone number, and employer were locked to the values provided during a supporter’s first donation — even if newer data was submitted later. This often led to outdated information in the Dashboard, API, and Virtual Terminal.
Now, these fields are automatically updated based on the most recent donation or recurring plan. The latest values are shown in the supporter profile and used when creating new records.
The change applies to updates made after June 2, 2025. Older data remains unchanged.
Learn more in the Supporters article and the API reference.
New Zapier integration released
We’ve rebuilt our Zapier integration to support real-time data delivery using REST hooks. New donations, recurring plans, and supporter records are now sent to Zapier as soon as they’re created or updated — no more delays.
This version also includes new data points like custom fields and recurring plan cancellation reasons, and uses OAuth (a secure, account-based alternative to API keys).
Action required: Organizations using Zapier need to switch to the new version by reconnecting the integration. Read how to do it →
More powerful Fundraisers
We’ve updated how Fundraisers are created, managed, and displayed — improving the experience for both one-off Fundraisers and large-scale peer-to-peer programs.
- Fundraiser pages now support longer descriptions and larger images, giving supporters more space to share their story.
- Checkout Modal and Campaign Pages now display Fundraiser content on its own when campaign content isn’t present.
- New API endpoints let you create and update Fundraisers through your own systems — useful for syncing with CRMs or managing high-volume programs.
- Custom URLs and internal codes are now available, making Fundraisers easier to organize and share at scale.
These updates support more advanced fundraising strategies — whether you’re building a team-based program, working with chapters, or running mission-driven appeals.
iDEAL now available in in-app browsers
Supporters can now use iDEAL as a payment method when donating through in-app browsers like those in Facebook or Instagram.
Previously, iDEAL wasn’t available in these browsers due to their technical limitations. We’ve made updates that allow iDEAL to appear and work properly in these environments, giving supporters a smoother donation experience.
New Sync button for recurring plans
You can now manually sync recurring plans from the plan details page in the Dashboard — just like you can with one-time donations.
Clicking the new Sync button opens a dropdown with two options: sync the plan only, or sync the plan together with all associated installments.
The sync works for both live and test plans and is available for most CRMs — excluding Neon and Kindful — and is not supported for Zapier or Double the Donation integrations.
Improved donation matching
We’ve improved donation matching on Campaign Pages to make it more visible for supporters and easier to manage for organizations.
You can now set a start date, so matching begins on a specific day rather than immediately. This gives you more control over when matching is active.
You can also set a matching limit, so there’s no need to turn it off manually or wait for an end date. Supporters will also see a clearer, more accurate Goal Meter that reflects matched donations in real time.
New question type: Date
You can now add Date as a Question type in the checkout form. Supporters select a date from a calendar, and you can use this to collect birthdates, event dates, or any other date-specific information.
Dates automatically adjust to the supporter’s and organization’s regional settings, with no restrictions on past or future selection.
Goal Meter element with more data
The Goal Meter element now lets you track progress by total supporters or recurring supporters, in addition to total amount raised. You can also manually add offline supporters when tracking by supporter count.
If tracking by amount, you can choose to display the number of supporters. If tracking by supporter count, you can choose to display the total amount raised.
With this update, you can now show not just funds raised, but also the number of people contributing to your campaigns.
Password policy updates
To meet the new PCI DSS 4.0 standards effective March 2025, we’ve updated our password policies. These changes include increasing the minimum password length and requiring regular password updates for users without two-factor authentication (2FA) or those in accounts without the “SSO Required” setting.
- All users will be logged out at the time of release, except for those in accounts with “SSO Required”.
- All passwords will be marked as expired, except for users with passwords longer than 12 characters and 2FA enabled.
Users will be redirected to a “Password change required” page upon login and will receive an email titled “Change your password” with instructions and a link to the password change page.
Passwords must now be updated every 90 days. If you have MFA turned on, you don’t need to change your password every 90 days.

Better Insights: New Performance section
We’ve improved the Performance section in Insights to give organizations a clearer view of how AI-powered features like Pre-donation upsell, Post-donation upsell, and Adaptive cost coverage are performing. A new structured layout makes it easier to compare metrics, track feature usage, and identify optimization opportunities.
The update also introduces dynamic states that show whether a feature is fully enabled, partially enabled, or disabled. AI features can now be enabled for all campaigns at once, making setup faster and easier.
E-mandate support for Indian cards
We’ve added e-mandate support for Indian-issued cards to comply with new Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Recurring donations in Indian Rupees now process without issues, automatically creating e-mandate requests. When required, supporters will complete additional factor authentication (such as 3-D Secure). In line with RBI requirements, banks will send pre-debit notifications to supporters before payments are charged.
Refund reasons added to Dashboard
Organizations must now select a refund reason when processing refunds through the Dashboard. This makes it easier to analyze refund patterns and find ways to reduce refund rates over time.
Choose from a predefined list and add comments if selecting “Other.” Refund reasons from Stripe are automatically saved and displayed on donation details pages.
We’ve also added refund reasons and comments to donation exports for better reporting. Historical refund data has been updated where available.
Additional Upgrade Links in emails
Your supporters will now see additional options to donate in emails with annual summary receipts, tribute notifications, and updates about new donations to their Fundraiser. These links make it easier for supporters to increase their impact directly from the emails they receive. Learn more about Upgrade Links →
New element: Floating Button
We’ve added the Floating Button to our Elements catalog. This donation button appears in the corner of your site shortly after it loads and follows visitors as they scroll down the page. It displays an AI-generated popup from your campaign content after 10 seconds or when visitors move to leave. The popup appears once per visit and disappears after a successful donation or when manually closed by the visitor.
You can customize the design of the button, while our AI takes care of creating engaging messages in all your active languages.
Sync log for CRM integrations
You can now track why donations fail to sync with your CRM and trigger resyncs when needed in the Synced donations section. Search by donation ID to check specific transactions and view error details with one click. Learn more about managing synced donations →
System issues notifications
We’ve added new notification settings for integration problems, payment system issues, and domain verification errors. These alerts are now sent automatically and can be managed in Settings > Notifications by Organization Administrators.
Custom fields update option
Previously, editing custom fields affected both past and future installments. Now, changes apply only to future payments, but you can select the “Update previous installments” checkbox to update past installments as well. You can manage custom fields on each recurring plan page in the Dashboard.
Marketing consents and API update for GDPR compliance
Obtain communication permissions from your supporters and stay GDPR-compliant with our new marketing consents. You can now configure consent settings at the campaign level, choosing from three options: no consent, one general consent for all communications, or specific consents for each channel (email, SMS, phone calls, postal mail, and social media). This update replaces the mailing list settings, with all existing consent values automatically transferred.
New fields have been added to the API endpoints, so you can retrieve communication consent data for donations and recurring plans.
Early resume option for paused donations
Your supporters can now restart their paused recurring plans before the scheduled resume date. When they click “Resume now” in the Donor Portal, the donation processes immediately and sets the next payment date based on the current time.
