We've redesigned how you create exports to make the process more straightforward. You can now choose between creating a one-time file or saving a template for reuse — both from the same starting point.

You can now enable delayed processing for card donations, which adds a short hold period before funds are captured. Our AI helps identify transactions that should be held, and if a donation is refunded during that time, no processing fees apply.

Supporters who gave by check, handed in cash at events, or donated through other platforms can now see those donations in the Donor Portal. Previously, the Donor Portal showed only donations made through Fundraise Up, which led to confusion and questions about missing donations.

Virtual Terminal now supports URL parameters, so you can create links that open with specific fields already selected. When operators process hundreds of donations during high-volume events, prefilled fields eliminate repetitive data entry and reduce errors.

Your daily, weekly, and monthly donation reports now include personalized recommendations for features that can help you raise more funds.

You can now choose how often Fundraise Up sends new data to Virtuous G&C Import Write. Until now, updates went out once a day at 8:00 EST, which wasn’t flexible for many organizations.

We've updated this email to include your organization's Creditor ID, which is required for compliance with SEPA regulations.
