Password policy updates
To meet the new PCI DSS 4.0 standards effective March 2025, we’ve updated our password policies. These changes include increasing the minimum password length and requiring regular password updates for users without two-factor authentication (2FA) or those in accounts without the “SSO Required” setting.
- All users will be logged out at the time of release, except for those in accounts with “SSO Required”.
- All passwords will be marked as expired, except for users with passwords longer than 12 characters and 2FA enabled.
Users will be redirected to a “Password change required” page upon login and will receive an email titled “Change your password” with instructions and a link to the password change page.
Passwords must now be updated every 90 days. If you have MFA turned on, you don’t need to change your password every 90 days.

Better Insights: New Performance section
We’ve improved the Performance section in Insights to give organizations a clearer view of how AI-powered features like Pre-donation upsell, Post-donation upsell, and Adaptive cost coverage are performing. A new structured layout makes it easier to compare metrics, track feature usage, and identify optimization opportunities.
The update also introduces dynamic states that show whether a feature is fully enabled, partially enabled, or disabled. AI features can now be enabled for all campaigns at once, making setup faster and easier.
E-mandate support for Indian cards
We’ve added e-mandate support for Indian-issued cards to comply with new Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Recurring donations in Indian Rupees now process without issues, automatically creating e-mandate requests. When required, supporters will complete additional factor authentication (such as 3-D Secure). In line with RBI requirements, banks will send pre-debit notifications to supporters before payments are charged.
Refund reasons added to Dashboard
Organizations must now select a refund reason when processing refunds through the Dashboard. This makes it easier to analyze refund patterns and find ways to reduce refund rates over time.
Choose from a predefined list and add comments if selecting “Other.” Refund reasons from Stripe are automatically saved and displayed on donation details pages.
We’ve also added refund reasons and comments to donation exports for better reporting. Historical refund data has been updated where available.
Additional Upgrade Links in emails
Your supporters will now see additional options to donate in emails with annual summary receipts, tribute notifications, and updates about new donations to their Fundraiser. These links make it easier for supporters to increase their impact directly from the emails they receive. Learn more about Upgrade Links →
New element: Floating Button
We’ve added the Floating Button to our Elements catalog. This donation button appears in the corner of your site shortly after it loads and follows visitors as they scroll down the page. It displays an AI-generated popup from your campaign content after 10 seconds or when visitors move to leave. The popup appears once per visit and disappears after a successful donation or when manually closed by the visitor.
You can customize the design of the button, while our AI takes care of creating engaging messages in all your active languages.
Sync log for CRM integrations
You can now track why donations fail to sync with your CRM and trigger resyncs when needed in the Synced donations section. Search by donation ID to check specific transactions and view error details with one click. Learn more about managing synced donations →
System issues notifications
We’ve added new notification settings for integration problems, payment system issues, and domain verification errors. These alerts are now sent automatically and can be managed in Settings > Notifications by Organization Administrators.
Custom fields update option
Previously, editing custom fields affected both past and future installments. Now, changes apply only to future payments, but you can select the “Update previous installments” checkbox to update past installments as well. You can manage custom fields on each recurring plan page in the Dashboard.
Marketing consents and API update for GDPR compliance
Obtain communication permissions from your supporters and stay GDPR-compliant with our new marketing consents. You can now configure consent settings at the campaign level, choosing from three options: no consent, one general consent for all communications, or specific consents for each channel (email, SMS, phone calls, postal mail, and social media). This update replaces the mailing list settings, with all existing consent values automatically transferred.
New fields have been added to the API endpoints, so you can retrieve communication consent data for donations and recurring plans.
Early resume option for paused donations
Your supporters can now restart their paused recurring plans before the scheduled resume date. When they click “Resume now” in the Donor Portal, the donation processes immediately and sets the next payment date based on the current time.
