Teams at organizations that use single sign-on (SSO) can now sign in to the Fundraise Up mobile app with it. The app uses the same SSO configuration as the Dashboard, so there's no separate setup needed.

Organizations that use Gift Cart can now add up to 8 images and videos to each gift, instead of a single image. The gift page shows them as a gallery, so supporters get more context on what their donation supports.

You can now sync soft credits to Salesforce NPSP and Salesforce Agentforce for Nonprofits. When a supporter donates through a peer-to-peer fundraiser's page, the fundraiser who drove the donation is credited in your CRM, alongside the supporter who gave.

Supporters in Switzerland can now donate through TWINT, the country's leading mobile payment app. TWINT is available for one-time donations in CHF in Checkout Modal, Campaign Pages, and Gift Cart.

Tap to Donate no longer requires an invite. Any US organization can now enable it on their own in the Dashboard, and the team can immediately start collecting in-person donations with the Fundraise Up mobile app.

Organizations can now create, update, delete, and organize designations through the REST API, instead of one at a time in the Dashboard. Bulk endpoints handle up to 100 designations per request, so teams that manage long designation lists can set them up and keep them current without manual work.

Fundraise Up REST API now supports BACS Direct Debit. UK organizations can create recurring BACS donations in GBP through the existing donation creation endpoint.

To improve Dashboard security, login sessions are now shorter, and the Team page now displays the location of each user’s most recent sign-in.

Organizations that use Gift Cart can now add color-coded badges to gifts in their catalog. Badges highlight priority, urgency, or recency — like Emergency, Most needed, or New — so supporters can quickly spot which gifts to focus on.

You can now restrict which campaigns each Tap to Donate Specialist can access in the mobile app. Set access when you invite a specialist — either all active campaigns or a specific list — and update it at any time.

For donations and recurring plans made through a Gift Cart, you can now view the selected item in the Dashboard. You can also change it to another item in the same Gift Cart.

You can now generate One-Time Upgrade Links for specific one-time donations and use them in retention campaigns, CRM workflows, and direct outreach. Each link lets a supporter convert their donation into a recurring plan in one click, with payment details carried over from the original donation. This extends Upgrade Links — previously available only for recurring plans — to one-time donations.

You can now map designations to GAU Allocations in Salesforce NPSP and optionally sync multi-designation donations as a single Opportunity instead of one per designation.

Organizations can now accept in-person contactless donations using the Fundraise Up mobile app — no card reader required. A staff member selects a campaign, enters the amount, and presents their smartphone to the supporter, who taps a card, phone, or wallet to give.

Goal Meter, Stat Counter, Donor Map, and Recent Donations now support Gift Catalog campaigns. Organizations can connect a Gift Catalog campaign to any of these Elements to include Gift Cart donations in their totals and activity displays.

We've upgraded how our integration syncs donation and recurring plan data to DonorPerfect. Data still moves in real time, but syncs now complete faster and with greater stability. This results in fewer errors, quicker processing, and less load during high-volume periods.

The Salutation field in DonorPerfect is now available for manual mapping in your integration settings.
