Donor Portal is a dedicated self-service space where your supporters manage their relationship with your organization. Here, supporters can handle common tasks on their own, which reduces the number of routine requests that your support team receives.

Through the portal, your supporters can:
- View their donation history and download receipts.
- Update recurring plans, including amounts, schedules, and payment methods.
- Edit their contact information.
- Manage fundraising campaigns when they run peer-to-peer fundraisers.
- Write and customize messages for their tribute donations.
- Find additional ways to support your organization, such as increasing their donation amount or starting a new recurring plan.
The Donor Portal is automatically enabled for all supporters and cannot be disabled.
Configuration options
You can customize your Donor Portal's URL, appearance, and supporter permissions to match your organization's needs. This includes setting up your portal's web address, adding your organization's visual elements, and controlling what actions supporters can take in their portal.
Supporters' access and actions in the Donor Portal
Supporters don't need to create accounts or remember passwords to access their portal. Instead, they receive secure magic links that expire after 24 hours, eliminating common password problems while maintaining security. These links are provided in donation confirmation emails or can be requested directly through your portal's URL.
Your supporters can view their complete donation history that includes both one-time and recurring donations. For each donation, they can access detailed transaction information and download PDF receipts for their records.
Supporters have comprehensive control over their recurring donations, including the ability to update amounts, modify schedules, pause donations, or make other adjustments without contacting your organization.
Integration with your portal
If your organization has its own donor portal, you can integrate direct access to the Fundraise Up Donor Portal through special API-generated links. This allows supporters to manage their recurring donations without navigating between different portals or providing additional credentials.
