Engage supporters

The Donor Portal gives supporters a central hub to manage their relationship with your organization.

Supporters access the portal through an email link — no passwords required. Once in, they can view their complete donation history, download tax receipts, update recurring plan amounts or payment methods, and change their contact information.

If you run peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, supporters use the portal to track their personal fundraising pages and see how much they've raised toward their goals.

You can customize the portal's appearance to match your branding, including colors, logos, and custom messaging.

Upgrade Links let you ask existing supporter to increase their recurring donations or start covering transaction fees.

When supporters click an Upgrade Link, they see personalized suggested amounts based on their current giving level. The suggested amounts use AI to optimize for likelihood of acceptance while respecting supporter intent.

Fundraise Up supports donations in 20+ languages, letting supporters complete transactions in their preferred language. The UI switches automatically based on supporter browser settings, or you can set a default language for your campaigns.

Beyond language, the platform adapts to local requirements in different markets. This includes region-specific payment methods, tax receipt formats, and compliance requirements.

Fundraise Up sends automated, branded emails to supporters throughout their giving journey — donation receipts, recurring payment confirmations, payment failure notices, and other transactional messages.

You control the email design through customizable templates, set your sender name and reply-to address, and can use your own domain for email sending to maintain brand consistency. All email templates support multiple languages, so supporter receive communications in their preferred language.

Fundraise Up automatically generates and sends compliant receipts to supporters after each donation. You control the receipt design, numbering format, signature, and tax year settings to meet your jurisdiction's requirements.

For one-time donations, supporters receive individual receipts immediately. For recurring donations, you can send receipts for each installment or generate annual summary receipts that consolidate a full year of giving.

Supporters can also access and download all their receipts through the Donor Portal.
