Is there a contract or some time period obligation (lock-in)?

No. There’s no obligation to continue using Fundraise Up.

• No long-term contract is required.
• There’s no minimum term and no “lock-in” period.

We don’t like being locked into software contracts ourselves, so we don’t do that to our customers. We want you to use Fundraise Up because it’s a good fit and it’s delivering value, not because you’re committed to a time period you didn’t want.

If your needs change, you can discontinue at any time. And while we hope you’ll stay with us, you’re always free to stop using the platform whenever you choose.
