Can I delete test donations?

Test transactions are still transactions that involve creating test records within a payment processor, and as such cannot be deleted from the Dashboard.

Although we do offer the ability to make test donations which transact no real money, test donations do generate records not just in Fundraise Up but also in your payment processor. Due to this, you are not able to delete test donations from your Fundraise Up Dashboard.

Test donations are only accessible in the test view mode of your Dashboard, which prevents any confusion with real donations. This applies not only to the Dashboard view but also to the Exports from the Dashboard. As for the integrations with our platform, test donations will only synchronize with your CRM if you explicitly enable syncing for test donations.
