Why does PayPal confirm the connection, but there's no connection on the Fundraise Up side?
If you've successfully connected your PayPal account to Fundraise Up and received confirmation from PayPal, but the connection doesn't appear in your Fundraise Up account, don't worry! This is a rare issue, and we have a few troubleshooting steps that can help you resolve it quickly.
