Updating Tax ID and Exemption Certificate for 501(c)(3) Organizations

As a 501(c)(3) organization, if you need to change the Tax ID associated with your Fundraise Up account, our support team is here to assist you. The process is simple:

  1. Reach out to our support team and let them know you need to update your Tax ID.
  2. The team will remove the previous tax exemption certificate from your account.
  3. You'll be able to upload the new tax exemption certificate reflecting the updated Tax ID.

Once you've provided the new Tax ID and uploaded the corresponding exemption certificate, our team will verify the information and ensure your account is updated accordingly.
