How can donors access the Donor Portal if they lost access to their email address?

Unfortunately, there is no option for donors to change their email address themselves in such cases. However, organizations can edit a donor's email address from the Dashboard. To update the donor's email address, simply locate their profile on the Supporters tab and edit their contact information with the new email address they have access to.
