How to return limits for recurring donation in Donor Portal?

In the Donor Portal, donors can edit payment details for their recurring donation, including the amount, frequency, and payment method. If the recurring plan has limits, such as a maximum donation amount limit, the donor can also change these through the Donor Portal.

However, if the donor has previously removed the limits from the recurring plan, they cannot be set again through the Donor Portal. Limits for recurring donations can only be set through the organization's Dashboard. Therefore, if a donor wants to set limits for their recurring donation, for instance, if they previously removed those limits, they should contact their organization to do so in the Dashboard.
