We do not ask organizations to submit a request to extend the limits to specific IP addresses. We understand the inconvenience caused to organizations when specific IP addresses are not included in the request to extend limits. This can lead to all users being blocked during an event, causing major issues. To prevent such incidents and to have more control over limits, we have decided to limit users based on their current session, rather than their IP address. This allows us to control limits at the user level and to avoid blocking all users during an event. Our load control feature ensures smooth event flow and prevents banning all organization users from the dashboard during peak times of donation collections.

We recommend that you create the necessary number of users for your event in advance. If you require more users than our limit of 50, please contact our support team for assistance.
