Importing historical donations to 360MatchPro

Fundraise Up integrates with 360MatchPro by Double the Donation to help nonprofits increase their revenue through corporate matching gift programs. If you enabled the 360MatchPro integration after already collecting donations through Fundraise Up, you can easily import those historical donations into 360MatchPro to identify match-eligible supporters and trigger automated outreach.

The import process involves exporting a CSV file containing your historical donation records from Fundraise Up, then uploading that file into your 360MatchPro account. 360MatchPro will guide you through mapping the fields from your file to their system, matching supporter employers to companies in the Double the Donation database, and triggering automated outreach to the imported supporters based on their matching gift eligibility.
