Navigating Directly to the Payment Screen from the Donation Form Element

If you want to guide your supporters from the Donation Form Element straight to the checkout payment screen, skipping the suggested amount page, you can do so by configuring your campaign settings in Fundraise Up.

To direct supporters from the Donation Form Element to the payment screen, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Fundraise Up dashboard and navigate to the Campaigns section.
2. Select the campaign associated with the Donation Form Element.
3. In the campaign settings, locate the Comment option and toggle it off.
4. Save your campaign settings.

By disabling the Comment section, donors will be taken directly to the payment screen when interacting with the Donation Form Element.
