Can I record offline donations in Fundraise Up?

Currently, Fundraise Up only records donations that the platform is responsible for and facilitates directly. We don't have a feature to record individual checks and cash gifts directly in our platform. This focus allows us to provide a streamlined, secure donation process for both donors and non-profits, offering the highest level of security and convenience for online giving.

We offer the following ways to account for offline donations:

  1. Campaign Level: You can add the total offline amount and number of offline donors to specific campaigns. Simply go to the campaign's settings and enter the required numbers in the Offline field.
  2. Fundraisers: You can add offline donation amounts to individual peer-to-peer fundraisers, allowing fundraisers to include cash or check donations they've received in their totals.
  3. Goal Meter and Stat Counter Elements: These elements also allow you to include offline donations in their displays, giving a more comprehensive view of your fundraising progress.

While these features don't record individual offline donations, they help you maintain a more complete picture of your overall fundraising efforts within Fundraise Up.

For detailed recording of individual offline donations, we recommend adding these manually to your CRM. This approach allows you to maintain detailed records while still benefiting from Fundraise Up's powerful online fundraising tools.
