What happens after a recurring plan ends?
When a recurring donation reaches its predetermined limit (set in the Virtual Terminal), the following occurs:
- No new charges are made.
- The Dashboard no longer displays information about the next installment date.
- Supporters won't see future installment information in their Donor Portal.
- In the Dashboard, the recurring plan record will display a "Completed" status.
The process ends automatically without any action required from the organization or supporter.
