Can Fundraise Up keep working while our website is down?

You can still direct people to your Fundraise Up account checkout when your main website is down, but you will need to set up an alternative website/webpage/landing page to host your installation code and a donate button. If your website needs to undergo maintenance or is unexpectedly taken down, we strongly recommend you leave a landing page live for your donors to make new donations while your website updates.

Your active recurring plans will continue to process on your Dashboard as per their frequency.
