Fundraise Up uses Microsoft Dynamics 365’s duplicate detection and matching rules settings to find a matching Contact record when a transaction is recorded. These settings can be further customized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to fit your organization’s needs, and if no Contact exists Fundraise Up will create a new Contact record.
