Troubleshooting: Apple Pay Button Not Appearing

Campaign Pages

For Campaign Pages, only the following points are relevant:

1. Apple Pay Payment Method
   • Ensure that the Apple Pay payment method is enabled in your organization's account settings.
2. Domain Verification
   • Confirm that the website's domain is verified in the payment methods settings.

Checkout Modal

For the Checkout modal, all the following points are relevant:

1. Apple Pay Payment Method
   • Ensure that the Apple Pay payment method is enabled in your organization's account settings.
2. Domain Verification
   • Confirm that the website's domain is verified in the payment methods settings.

3. Compatibility Requirements
   • Device Compatibility
     • Ensure you're using an Apple device with Apple Pay activated and a card saved in your Apple Wallet.
       • Mobile Safari on iOS 10.1 or later
       • Mac running macOS Sierra or later
   • Browser Compatibility
     • Please note that Google Chrome may not offer Apple Pay as a payment option, even on iOS/iPadOS devices. However, starting from iOS 16, Apple Pay may be functional in some non-Safari mobile browsers.
4. SSL Certificate
   • SSL Certificate Validation
     • Confirm that your website has a valid SSL certificate.
   • Secure Connection
     • Make sure that your website URL begins with https to indicate a secure connection.
5. Content Security Policy (CSP)
   • Check your website's Content Security Policy settings to ensure they are not blocking Apple Pay.
