Changelog

Tap to Donate and Giving Station campaigns can now suggest donation amounts on the donation screen, with a default amount for each frequency. You can also show an impact description with each amount, so supporters see what their donation pays for.

Organizations in Germany and Austria can now ask supporters for a salutation and an academic title in two separate fields. Supporters can choose Herr, Frau, Divers, or Familie as their salutation, and can pick a title, such as Dr. or Mag.a, from a list or type their own.

The HubSpot and Virtuous integrations can now sync Fundraise Up data to custom objects, which are record types that your organization creates in its CRM for data the standard sync doesn't write to. In HubSpot, these are custom objects on an Enterprise plan. In Virtuous, they are custom collections for Contacts and Individuals.

AI assistants can now tell supporters which designations your campaign offers, so they can direct a donation to a specific fund or program. When a supporter picks one in the conversation, your Campaign Page or Checkout Modal opens with that designation selected.

The Bloomerang and DonorPerfect integrations can now sync Fundraise Up data to custom objects, which are record types that the standard sync doesn't write to. In Bloomerang, these are Interactions and Tasks. In DonorPerfect, they are Contact and Other Info records.

Organizations can now enable Wero, a pan-European payment method built on bank transfers rather than cards. Supporters in Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg can use it for one-time donations in EUR, and they approve each payment in the Wero app.

Fundraisers and their supporters can now share fundraiser pages through WhatsApp, Messenger, and Threads. The new channels are turned on in every P2P campaign, including the ones you already run.

A webhook in your parent account can now send events from your subaccounts as well. One endpoint receives activity from your whole organization, so you don't need a separate webhook in every subaccount.

Your team can now sign in as a P2P fundraiser, both on their page and in Fundraiser Portal, where fundraisers manage their pages. When a fundraiser asks for help, you can make the change yourself rather than explain each step to them.

Fundraise Up now makes one more attempt to charge a failed installment on recurring plans that charge monthly or every 4 weeks. Each of these installments gets up to six charge attempts instead of five.

The Zakat Calculator, which helps supporters work out their yearly Zakat and donate it on your website, has a new Nisab option and a new name. Supporters can now enter a Nisab amount set by their imam or local Islamic organization instead of basing it on gold or silver.

We grouped all campaign types in your Dashboard under one Campaigns item in the left-side menu. The list you knew as Campaigns is now called Standard campaigns.

You can now create, clone, and update campaigns in bulk with one CSV file. Make the same change in dozens of campaigns, or launch many new campaigns, in a single import.

You can now win back supporters who haven't donated in 12 months or more with an email that asks them to give again. You decide when the reactivation email goes out, what it says, and who never receives it.

You can now sync multi-designation donations to Virtuous G&C Import Write as a single Gift instead of a separate Gift for each designation.

Top Supporters, the list on your website that ranks supporters by how much they gave, can now include your peer-to-peer (P2P) campaigns. Until now it covered only your other campaigns.

You can now ask about your fundraising in plain language, without leaving your Dashboard. AI Assistant answers questions about donations, recurring plans, supporters, and Insights from your own account data.

You can now match a DAF grant to its donation from inside Chariot. Fundraise Up sends the Donation ID with every DAFpay grant, so anyone who handles your grants can identify the donation behind it.

Tap to Donate and Giving Station campaigns can now show how much they have raised, against a goal you set, on the screen supporters see. Giving Station campaigns can also list recent donations, with the details you choose.

DAF donations can now sync to your CRM with the sponsor fund as the donor and the supporter as a soft credit. This matches the accounting most organizations follow, so the records no longer need correction after each sync.
